I grew up in France and came to Canada at the age of 16 on a student exchange program to learn English. This program changed my life and started my personal development journey!

I became a Canadian permanent resident at the age of 19. Before I was 30, I was married, the mother of two boys and managing a team.

I did not think that I had the characteristics nor the capacity to lead but here I was. I felt unprepared to be a mentor even though I was always a leader. I had my “A-HA” moment in a seminar that taught me that I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Every experience is an opportunity to learn, and the universe is gifting us. You can either decide to be a victim or to be empowered.

The choice is yours!

I am always searching for answers, I want to live my life to the fullest. I don’t know what happen next but we have a choice to take on what has been given to us.

Who would you be without your experiences?

Learning to lead and go through many personal life crisis is never easy but it taught me that sometimes you need to help others to help yourself.

I bring over 20 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, and human development. I have dealt with many narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) personalities. Even though it has left me questioning a lot, I always decided not to take the path of being a victim.

I discovered psychogenealogy and spend years reflecting on my past transgenerational trauma.

Then, I discovered the Three Principles, by Sydney Banks, during a period of profound personal transformation, and it changed how I understood everything — my past, my family, my own mind.

Rebuilding oneself takes time but the greatest gift for yourself it to regain your self-esteem and to know that you fought for where you are today.
