When we are made aware of these patterns, we can accept to break the cycles of our present and for future generations.
Some of our past experience is not even ours to carry but our previous generations. This is what we call “transgenerational patterns”.
We just keep repeating patterns because of our family loyalties that we are not aware of. The cycle keeps on repeating and our emotions keep coming because we have not given back to them what they own.
We are all interconnected, and embracing, recognizing and honoring our previous generations is important but to be happy today, you have to be in this moment with an open mind. Because your energy will change, your relationships will transform and everyone around you will benefit.
